4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Viking IPTV service, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or subscription access without written permission from Viking IPTV.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose, including public screenings or broadcast.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain access to the source code of any part of the service.
  • Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our service.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the service or servers connected to it.
  • Use the service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for the Viking IPTV subscription are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan chosen. By providing payment information, you authorise Viking IPTV to charge you for the applicable subscription fee.

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or as otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Viking IPTV website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Viking IPTV and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The content streamed through our service (including TV channels and VOD content) is the property of the respective content owners and broadcasters. Viking IPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viking IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Viking IPTV in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
